Born in Perpignan, France, Yannick started playing music at a very young age – Learning guitar and bass. When Yannick moved to his mother’s hometown of Barcelona in 2001, he fell in love with the Cajon. He soon settled in Madrid, where he is an actor and musician. He currently plays percussion and sings back-up with Texas-Iberian band Nurk. Yannick’s musical tastes are vast and eclectic, ranging from American Indie rock and Brit-pop, to Afrobeat and bassanova.
